It seems that harvest season brings the wind with it the past few years.  This harvest season is no different.  It has been extremely dry the last few months and harvest equipment can create sparks.  Perfect scenario for wildfires to take off.  If you hear or see responders in the area please give them plenty of room to get to where they are needed to control the fires.

Our first responders are valued and cherished workers here in Nebraska and I would assume the entire midwest.  Many of them are volunteers in their communities and do it for the love of their communities.  Please give them the respect they so deserve.
